Brendan Pasker
This is Brendan’s 12th summer at Camp Wyoming and his first summer on staff. He loves coming to camp and says, “I just remember camp as a place you can come to be yourself and everyone will accept you.” He can’t wait to get to know the kids the summer and show them what camp is all about. Since Brendan has had such great experiences at camp in the past, he wants to help create those same experiences for the kids coming this year.
Brendan is graduating from Monticello High School this year and plans to attend Iowa State this fall for Music Education. As you might expect, Brendan loves playing musical instruments. He plays soprano, alto, tenor, and Bari saxophones, trombone, and even flute. Music is one of his favorite ways to connect with God as well. He likes to play Christian rock on his saxophone or listen to smooth jazz. Maybe you’ll get to hear some of Brendan’s musical stylings at camp this summer!
Brendan would describe himself as an outdoorsman who isn’t afraid to get dirty. He also likes repairing electronics like PCs and drones. At camp, he is known for his sense of humor and his willingness to play and include everyone, even the younger campers. We know Brendan is going to be a great addition to our summer staff!
Brendan’s favorite Bible verse is Psalm 36:8: “We feast on the abundant food you provide; you let us drink from the river of your goodness.”
