Paul is the Maintenance Director for Camp Wyoming. He grew up in DeWitt and graduated from Maquoketa High School. Before coming to Camp Wyoming, Paul did various jobs such as bagging feed, helping out on his parent’s farm, assembling hydraulic cylinders, and working at a foundry. In June of 1982, Paul began working at Camp Wyoming. He enjoys working with the many volunteer groups who are so giving of their time and talents. Anything from a leaky faucet to timber management…Paul is on the go.
Paul and his wife, Mary Jane, live on an acreage in Jones County and enjoy raising horses and cows. Paul has two grown sons, Jason and Jasper. In Paul’s free time he enjoys working on cars, hunting, attending stock car races, and riding his motorcycle.
Paul’s favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:23: “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”
