The Beginning of the End
This is our last week of summer camp, which means that today is the last Monday that we will spend at camp. And we’re all in for making this the best, most exciting week yet! Here’s what we were up to today:
The Discovery kids did the challenge course and went kayaking this morning. They loved catching frogs at Frog Pond. This afternoon, they went swimming, had Bible study, and did archery.
The Pioneers did tie dye in arts & crafts this morning. They played 9-square and GaGa ball, and after lunch, they played flag football, went swimming, and had Bible study.
The Middlers did Disc Golf this morning and then cooked out Foil Dinners for lunch. In the afternoon, they went swimming, had Bible study, and then went creek stomping! They loved the mud slide!
This group did Bible study and arts & crafts this morning. They took a trip to Central Park this afternoon to cook out lunch and go canoeing and swimming in the lake.
The Night Owls did archery this morning. They got pretty good at it, so they plan to go back later in the week to perfect their skills even more. They also did the challenge course, Bible study, and played meadow games. Tonight after worship, they’re going for a night swim.
