
Day 4 at Camp
Today was filled with sunshine and fun! Here is what we were up to today:
Explorer Swim Pirates:
This group started their morning with SuperSoakers and sword fights before having swimming lessons and playing GaGa ball. After lunch, they had Bible study and explored Bobcat cave. They went swimming and built cardboard boats to race in the creek tomorrow. Plus, they cooked out dinner!
Discovery:
This group got very muddy while creek stomping this morning. They loved the mud slide. After that they had Bible study. In the afternoon, they did the challenge course, had arts & crafts, and went swimming. Before dinner, they worked on building their cardboard boats to race in the pool tomorrow.
Lewis Pioneers:
The pioneers did sling shots and arts & crafts before cooking out for lunch today. Then they did archery, went swimming, and had Bible study.
Clark Pioneers:
This group started their morning with Bible study and a nature scavenger hunt before doing arts & crafts. In the afternoon they did sling shots, went canoeing, and went swimming.
Middlers:
The Middlers got a second try at the challenge course this morning and did Bible study. They played sports, went swimming, and played kayak polo!
Water Adventures:
The Water Adventures group did archery and kayak polo this morning, as well as arts & crafts. After lunch they had rest time, went swimming, did SuperSoakers and slip ‘n slide, and had Bible study.
Night Owls:
The Night Owls woke up at 2pm today and went tubing on the river! Tonight, they are going to the Eden Valley Moon Tower for Bible study. They will have two middle of the night cook outs and plan to race cardboard boats in the pool, do arts & crafts, and take a 5am trip to Werden’s Cave!
LITs:
The LITs left this morning for their overnight canoe trip. We will see them back here tomorrow!
