A Day Late
We meant to post this yesterday, but we were having so much fun that we just ran out of time. Today is a little cool, and it rained earlier, but we’re already off to a good start with activity hour underway. Here’s what we were doing yesterday:
MAD I cooked out hobo pies for lunch and learned about trusting Jesus by doing trust falls during Bible study.
The Pioneers played capture the flag with the MAD campers in the morning. They cooked out BLTs for lunch and played a game of Ultimate Frisbee in the afternoon.
The MAD II campers did the challenge course and, of course, had play practice to get ready for their Annie performance.
The Settlers went swimming and took a trip to Eden Valley to do Bible study on the moon tower.
The Thrill Seekers had a busy day going to the climbing wall and zip line in the morning and taking a canoe trip in the afternoon.
The Night Owls woke up at 2pm and went swimming. The night before, they went kayaking in the middle of the night, and last night they took a caving trip. They went to bed this morning at 8am.
