It's All Good
Hey parents! Rest assured that your campers are having a wonderful last day of camp! Tonight, the entire camp will go on the Christwalk worship service. Here’s what else we were up to today:
Sports I
The Sports campers did the challenge course this morning and had Bible study. In the afternoon, they went swimming, played sports & water games, and did arts & crafts.
Pioneers
The Pioneers had a unit activity with the Middlers and Seniors this morning. They also did Bible study, played sports, did sling shots, did archery with balloons on the targets, and went swimming.
Middlers
The Middlers campers had a unit activity with the Pioneer and Seniors campers this morning. Then they went swimming. After lunch, they had Bible study, played kayak polo, and went swimming again!
Thrill Seekers
The Thrillers did challenge course and went swimming this morning. After lunch, they had another swim session (best way to stay cool in the heat), did arts & crafts, did sling shots, and had Bible study.
Seniors
The Seniors had a unit activity with the Middlers and Pioneers this morning. They also did Bible study, cooked out lunch over the fire, and took a tubing trip on the Maquoketa river.
Arrrrrrr you ready for an adventure!? Pirates Camp is a favorite every summer here at Camp Wyoming. Just for kids entering grades 3-5, these campers get to enjoy all the parts of camp we know and love with a Pirate-y twist! Along with classics like archery, creek stomping, and corcls, Pirate campers go on a treasure hunt, have sword fights, build cardboard boats, and walk the plank into the swimming pool.
