Rainy Thursday
Camp Wyoming may have been a bit waterlogged this afternoon, driving the group into Deer Center for games and songs while we wait out the storm, but that didn’t stop campers from having a fun morning! Here’s what we did today:
Discovery campers took a morning hike to Horsethief cave, and had free play before lunch.
With their big performance coming up soon, MAD campers spent more time in rehearsal, but still found time for kayaking, creek stomping, and arts and crafts.
The Pioneers spent the morning doing archery, and arts and crafts, enjoyed a cookout lunch, and were still able to squeeze in an afternoon hike to Horsethief cave.
Middlers:
The Middlers launched rockets this morning, enjoyed a cookout lunch together, and had Bible study.
Night Owls:
Waking up at noon, the Night Owls launched rockets and played kayak polo before the storm arrived.
Thrill Seekers:
The Thrill Seekers came back to camp from their overnight this morning and had Bible study, then played kayak polo after lunch.
Extreme Adventures:
Extreme Adventures campers arrived at camp just before the storm, after making the drive from their camp site in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
