Wacky Wednesday

Once again, today was filled with beautiful weather and lots of fun! Last night, we had Paint Wars. Tonight, everyone is getting ready for our Harry Potter evening program and Grooveship. Here’s what else we did today:

Discovery
This group hiked to Horsethief Cave this morning to have Bible study. They also played sports, built cardboard boats, went swimming, did arts & crafts, and cooked out dinner over a fire.

Pirates
The Pirates started their day in the sling shot range. From there, they moved on to the challenge course and cooked out lunch over a fire. In the afternoon, they had Bible study, did arts & crafts, and went swimming.

Lewis Pioneer
The Pioneers all played tug of war in their unit activity this morning. After that, Lewis did the challenge course, had Bible study, went swimming, did arts & crafts, and cooked out dinner over the fire.

Clark Pioneer
The Pioneers all played tug of war in their unit activity this morning. After that, Clark did the challenge course, had Bible study, went swimming, and did arts & crafts.

Middlers
The Middlers took a trip to Werden’s Cave this morning. In the afternoon, they went swimming, did slip ‘n slide and SuperSoakers, did arts & crafts, and cooked out dinner over the fire. Tonight they plan to go to Eden Valley to do Bible study at the moon tower.

Thrill Seekers
The Thrillers went canoeing this morning and did the challenge course. In the afternoon, they traveled to Werden’s Cave and had Bible study.

High School Night Owls
Our Night Owls woke up today at noon. They joined the rest of us for breakfast (lunch for everyone else) before leaving for a tubing trip on the Maquoketa River. Tonight, after everyone goes to sleep, they plan to play ultimate GaGa, Hungry Hungry Hippos, cookout dinner, go swimming, and do Bible study at the labyrinth.
