Summer Camp

Dates & Rates

We spent ten months of the year making sure that the two months we run summer camp are the absolute best that they can be! Check out the dates and rates for the 2024 summer below.

A Summer You Don’t Want to Miss

We run programs for every age group every week. Send your kids all at the same time, or give them each their own week of camp. The grades you see listed for each program are based on the grades campers will be entering in the fall of 2024.

Tiered Pricing

Why are there three different prices listed for camp?

We know that every family has different abilities and resources to pay for camp, which is why Camp Bear Creek has a voluntary three-tiered pricing program. Choose the price that best fits your family’s budget. No matter which price is selected, all campers receive the same camp experience. To see the prices for each camp program, visit our summer camp programs page.

The rising cost of living, especially as it relates to food and utilities, has impacted us here at Camp Bear Creek. We know that it has impacted the families that we serve as well. Our goal in offering tiered pricing is simple: we want to continue to provide a safe, active, and inclusive Christian community at Camp Bear Creek for all who attend, and that means working to make camp as affordable as possible. We also want to offer opportunities for partnership for those who value this ministry and wish to help preserve Camp Bear Creek for generations to come. Tiered pricing accomplishes both. Again, this program is completely voluntary and does not affect the experience a camper may receive at camp. It simply offers an opportunity for you to take an active role in supporting more closely the true cost of the camp experience if your financial situation allows.

Tier I

This is the lowest rate and is subsidized by organizations, individuals, and churches who support Camp Bear Creek. This price does not reflect what it costs to run a summer camp program.

Tier II

This is a partially subsidized rate for families who wish to pay a little more and help support the Camp Bear Creek ministry, but cannot afford the full price of camp.

Tier III

This rate most closely reflects what it costs for us to run a summer camp program at Camp Bear Creek, including facility upkeep and maintenance, staffing, utilities, and equipment.
