Summer Camp
We spent ten months of the year making sure that the two months we run summer camp are the absolute best that they can be! Check out the dates and rates for the 2027 summer below. Grade eligibility is based on the camper’s grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

We run programs for every age group every week. Send your kids all at the same time, or give them each their own week of camp. Grade eligibility is based on the camper’s grade for the 2026-2027 school year.
Flexible Pricing
We know that every family has different abilities and resources to pay for camp, which is why Camp Bear Creek has scholarship options for those who need it. Choose to pay the camp fee or select a subsidized rate at a level that fits your family’s budget. These prices are subsidized by generous churches and individuals who donate to Camp Bear Creek to help make camp a reality for as many people as possible. The rising cost of living, especially as it relates to food and utilities, has impacted us here at Camp Bear Creek. We know that it has impacted the families that we serve as well. Our goal in offering flexible pricing is simple: we want to continue to provide a safe, active, and welcoming Christian community at Camp Bear Creek for all who attend, and that means working to make camp as affordable as possible. Again, no matter which price is selected when you sign up for camp, all campers receive the same camp experience.
This rate reflects what it costs for us to run a summer camp program at Camp Bear Creek, including facility upkeep and maintenance, staffing, utilities, and equipment.
This is a partially subsidized rate for families who cannot afford the full price of camp. $50 of this rate is covered by churches and individuals who donate to the Camp Bear Creek Scholarship Fund.
This is the lowest rate and is available to families who cannot afford the full cost of summer camp. $100 of this rate is covered by churches and individuals who donate to the Camp Bear Creek Scholarship Fund.
