When does our group need to check in/check out?

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.  Check-out is by 2:00 PM on the day of your departure. If you would like different check-in or check-out times, please inform us ahead of time when you are making your reservation. We can sometimes accommodate groups coming earlier or later, but we need to know ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly, especially when scheduling other groups.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes. Please notify the office in advance of any dietary restrictions, and we will be sure to provide healthy and appropriate alternatives to guests with specific dietary needs.

How much will the deposit be for my group?

For groups who plan to make their own food during their stay, the deposit is $250 per night, per unit. For groups utilizing the Camp Wyoming food service, the deposit is $350 per per night, per unit.

Do we need to bring our own sleds or tubes for the Winter Tubing Hill?

Camp Wyoming has plenty of tubes for your group to use should you choose to take advantage of our winter tubing hill. So, leave any sleds at home and just come prepared to have fun!

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund of the deposit will be made if the conference is canceled (61+) days before the reserved date. One half of the deposit will be returned if the conference is canceled (31-60) days before the reserved date. The deposit is forfeited if the reservation is canceled (0-30) days before the reserved date. In the case of severe weather, the deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within (12) months for the same group.

What can we do during our stay at camp?

Camp Wyoming has plenty of hiking trails and caves on-site for groups to explore and enjoy. We also have sand volleyball, GaGa ball, disc golf, and 4-squre for groups to use as the weather allows. During the winter, groups can use our tubing/sledding hill. Groups can also choose to participate in activities at an additional cost such as archery, challenge course, kayaking, swimming, and broomball, among others. To see all of the activity options available, visit our Activities Page.

What kind of additional equipment or presentation materials are available to use during our group’s stay?

Camp Wyoming has dry erase boards, flip charts, and a projector and screen available for groups to use on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each lodge also has a TV and DVD player. Please notify the office if you would like to use any of these materials so we can be sure to have them ready to go upon your arrival.
