Drop-off and Pick-up Times

Drop-off and Pick-up Times

Below are the drop-off and pick-up times for each camp session at Camp Wyoming. If you have questions regarding the check-in and check-out process at Camp Wyoming, please call the camp office at (563) 488-3893 or email office@campwyoming.net.


For Full-Week Elementary Camps (Discovery, Pirates, Sports I, Pioneer, MAD)

        • Check-in will be 2:45-3:15 p.m. on Sunday at Deer Center. Please only arrive within that time window. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until we are able to check you in. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-in. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over age 2 while indoors during check-in. If you have siblings who have been assigned a different check-in time window and are attending camp the same week, you may check-in all of your campers at the earliest assigned check-in time for your family.
        • Check-out will be held at Deer Center between 2:45-3:15 p.m. on Friday. Please only arrive within that time window. If you will be arriving late or if other complications arise, please notify the camp office as soon as the conflict becomes known. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-out. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over the age of 2 at all times during check-out. Unfortunately, in order to properly maintain our cohorts during check-out and reduce contact between the groups, we will need families picking up siblings or friends who are assigned a different check-out window to wait in their vehicles for the second check-in time in order to pick up those additional campers.

For Full-Week Middle & High School Camps (Middlers, Sports II, Thrill Seekers, Water Adventures, CIT, Final Countdown, Night Owls, High School Night Owls)

          • Check-in will be 3:45-4:15 p.m. on Sunday at Deer Center. Please only arrive within that time window. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until we are able to check you in. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-in. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over age 2 while indoors during check-in. If you have siblings who have been assigned a different check-in time window and are attending camp the same week, you may check-in all of your campers at the earliest assigned check-in time for your family.
          • Check-out will be held at Deer Center between 3:45-4:15 p.m. on Friday. Please only arrive within that time window. If you will be arriving late or if other complications arise, please notify the camp office as soon as the conflict becomes known. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-out. For Explorer Camps (Sunday-Tuesday)

If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until we are able to check you in. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-in. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over age 2 while indoors during check-in. If you have siblings who have been assigned a different check-in time window and are attending camp the same week, you may check-in all of your campers at the earliest assigned check-in time for your family.
        • Check-out will be between 2:45-3:15 p.m. on Tuesday at Hickory Lodge. Please only arrive within that time window. If you will be arriving late or if other complications arise, please notify the camp office as soon as the conflict becomes known. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-out. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over the age of 2 at all times during check-out. 

For Explorer Camps (Wednesday-Friday)

      • Check-in will be 2:45-3:15 p.m. on Wednesday at Deer Center. Please only arrive within that time window. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until we are able to check you in. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-in. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over age 2 while indoors during check-in.
      • Check-out will be held at Deer Center between 2:45-3:15 p.m. on Friday. Please only arrive within that time window. If you will be arriving late or if other complications arise, please notify the camp office as soon as the conflict becomes known. No more than two adults may accompany a camper during check-out.     • Check-in will be held at Deer Center (the dining hall) be at 11:30 a.m. on the Saturday of your arrival. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn by everyone over age 2 while indoors during check-in.
    • Check out will take place immediately after lunch on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.
