At Camp Bear Creek, it’s true that only the best and brightest serve on our staff, but this isn’t why we love our team. It’s their commitment to children, Christ, and the excitement of the summer camp season that we truly value about them. Each member of our team at Camp Bear Creek has a strong and personal connection to our mission and a dedication to every camper who joins us on this journey.
Many of our summer staff members are young adults pursuing a career in camping, education, recreation, religion, or something similar. After a rigorous screening and interview process, only the most qualified in the areas of experience working with children, specialized skills, and personal faith are invited to become a Camp Bear Creek staff member.
Our team’s upstanding example shines through to our campers with each sunrise. You may just have to experience it to believe it.
